nice it is. i like ur logo here but the text "Pak Auto soft" is to big + the text : the solution: is not readable. i liek teh header bg and how u treated the search bar. navigation text is again too big make it 50% smaller. teh opecity of the blue streaks u used on the right hand behind the latest news section should be not more then 20%.

truly Speaking...i only like the search button....placement....font...logo...everything is ok...but i dnt like the whole template...:)
why?
design is all about good arrangement...try to arrange ur text, logos, visuals....if u see bisllah text...its not 100% centralized...and so many other things...
and dnt try to stretch the fonts...leave them as they are....
keep it clean!

Looks better then your other one. But for example the stripes that is following from the top down to the bottom, I don't think anyone want to have it right behind the text, its not readable. But it starts to looks better. Maybe it's me but try perhaps to keep it more clean and as I said on the other one: experiment alot with fonts so you get more experience about them and you can see what looks good with what. I can see you like to use gradients alot and reflect your text but remember not to use to much effects because it gets a bit confused.

Its agree with the others above... With the stripe lines going down, probably u could fade it out where the text is so that it is more readable. On whole its not too fancy but its not too bad either, its ok, Could do with a little more work.

ok bro some straight and important suggestions which wil help u alot. first the menu shouldnt be capitalized and that big. Your logo is diffusing in your banner top. its a good color schemeing but the strip coming down should be a lil bit lighter because it makes the text not properly readable. and make some blocks or sections for everything like u did for latest news coz this layout gives the looks of a page with text on or letter head more. you footer is perfect. Try making some changes and make it simple it will look better.
