We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. im 100% agreed with M.r Shahjee...u need more improvements in ur work....i like the way u use photoshop techniques...i suggest u to use some kinda cool colors....and keep it simple & Clear as u can... dnt use too much strokes...use some kinda simple Fonts......
and finally u r good in Photoshop...but need some more practices...
and about the gradients definitely not the right combination this kind of combination was used lately in 90's .. what i would suggest is to get some inspiration from ppl around you to got to know whats IN ...

personally i think that you have to learn about graphic composition and chromatic
try to give more space between the things and the text and dont use many fonts
thats all
